It has come to our realization that the existing default shipping service of USPS First Class Mail does not scale well as Delight Depot business grows. A sticking point is that the service does not support delivery confirmation with a tracking number. As a result, some orders may be lost during transit — especially during busy holiday seasons — and there is no way for us to track and help customers in a timely manner. While we did our best to resolve and resend those orders as soon as possible, it created unnecessary convenience for our customers.
As Delight Depot is in the business of spreading joy with our delightful products, it makes sense for us to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. We have now switched our shipping service to USPS First Class Package with Tracking Number. Customers will receive a USPS tracking number when their order is shipped. Shipping is FREE for orders of $20 or more. Otherwise, a small shipping fee of $1.99 applies. The expected delivery time is between 5 to 7 days.
